Copies are allowable only for the own demand and only to protection-purposes. The passing on a third - especially lend, rental and so on - is not allowed. Software, that to the special - price for private persons or not for industrial using being order, are not allowed for commercial purposes. (2) We give to Hardware lawful guarantee (german). In the guarantee case you must send back the hardware on your expenses and insurance. You loose the guarantee on improperly using or changing the Hardware. In case of guarantee we only update or change the hardware on our opinion. Dissassembling or changing of the software is not allowed. (3) We are not liable for damage caused by errors in Hardware or Software or wrong use of it. (4) You have to complain within four weeks after getting (date from poststamp) software or hardware. If we caused the error, you get back your money. See also (2),(3). (4) is valid only with orders from A.S.S. -WARE. (5) Delivery per delivery note or bill takes place only with general known firms and our known firms. You have to pay within one month. (6) The programs are running on IBM-PC/AT 03 - if in the documentation nothing else is written down - and on the A.S.S.-WARE sold computers. The programs are only released for IBM-PC/AT 03 and for A.S.S.-WARE sold computers. It is not guaranteed, that the programs run with other Software or Hardware (not bought from A.S.S.-WARE). (7) The user has to read the documentation because of dangers. (8) Users besides Germany have to take care of all formalities( dues, taxes and so on) and have to pay them. (9) Delivered Software and Hardware belonges to us, till it is completely paid. (10) Only German right is valid. If you do not accept this, your are not allowed to test, use or buy the software. (11) It is only allowed to use the software, if you agree with this conditions. Above conditions are applied to the first - and following users.
